In 1989, 12 local technical service companies joined to form a nonprofit trade
organization known as the Minnesota Technical Services Association.
These member companies specialize in the staffing of all technical- and software-related personnel to their clients located mainly in the Midwest. The major skill functions supplied include all disciplines for Engineers, Software/IT, Designers/Drafters, Technicians, as well as many other technically-related positions. The purpose of this association is to promote the interest of the technical service industry in Minnesota.
To build a better working relationship between technical service companies, their management, and personnel.
To promote a better understanding and relationship between technical service companies and companies who use technical services.
To improve industry ethics and general image.
To contribute through cooperation and positive competition toward growth and expansion.
And to improve the level and quality of the Association members through opportunity, education and training.
