

The principles fall under four categories: Governmental Relations, Customer Relations, Employee/Candidate Relations, and Relations with Other Members.
Governmental Relations
We abide by all applicable federal, state, and local laws with regard to the
operation of our businesses.
Customer Relations
We shall reserve all proprietary information relating to the business of our
customers, which is imparted to aid our members in contract staffing requirements,
in the strictest confidence.
We shall actively avoid misrepresenting a candidate's skills or experience.
We will never pay customers' direct employees finder's fees, commissions, or compensation in any form that could conflict with the customer's rules of employee conduct.
Employee/Candidate Relations
We shall provide our candidates/employees with a clear, written understanding
of their rates, benefits, and provisions prior to the beginning of assignments.
We shall actively avoid representing nonexistent jobs or openings to candidates.
This Code of Ethics shall be presented by all members to candidates prior to initiation of employment.
Relations with Other Members
We shall not use information gained as a member of the MTSA in a detrimental
way against other members.
We shall not discredit other members to our candidates, employees, or customers.
We shall post this Code of Ethics in a prominent position on our business premises.
